Orders typically ship within 5 business days of production completing. Transit time is an additional 2–3 business days via UPS, USPS or FedEx Ground, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery address. We do not charge a flat rate — you see the exact cost before you place your order.
For large or bulk orders that exceed standard carrier limits, freight shipping will be quoted separately. We will contact you directly with options before processing.
We stand behind every print we produce. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery — by phone at (954) 951-1994 or by email at contact@akianefineartprinting.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement print at no cost to you.
Because every print is produced to order — custom sized and printed specifically for you — we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or a production error on our part. Please review your file and order details carefully before submitting.
If you believe there is a production error (wrong size, wrong substrate, color significantly off from calibrated proof), contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
