These terms apply to all orders placed through akianefineartprinting.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prints are produced to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your file, size, and substrate selection carefully before submitting.
You are responsible for supplying print-ready files at the resolution appropriate for your chosen print size. We recommend a minimum of 150 PPI at final print dimensions. We will print the file as supplied; we do not correct for resolution, color profile, or content errors in submitted files.
You represent and warrant that you are the copyright owner of any artwork submitted, or that you hold a valid license or written permission to reproduce the work in printed form.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akiane Fine Art Printing, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of this warranty or from any infringement claim relating to files you submit.
This indemnification survives completion of your order.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida.
